Scott says, “It is all about employees to me. Feeding them every week. 100 subs and 30 employees, I have over 300 people (staff and families) that depend on us and I take that very seriously. Sometimes it keeps me up at night worrying about them. They have always taken care of me so it is important I take care of them. It is really what drives me to succeed. Failure is not an option.”

Scott spends his free time (not sure how he finds free time) running his non-profit organization “Trophies for Heroes” which offers disabled veterans and first responders respite through immersion in nature and ethical hunting. Located in South Carolina on his 5,000 square foot, 10 bedroom, 34 acre lodge, this labor of love was created as a way of saying thank you to our nation’s heroes.
